CANCELLATION POLICY
COURT RESERVATIONS, OPEN PLAY & CLASSES
At Smash Dink, we understand that plans can change. To help us keep sessions running smoothly and fairly for all players, the following cancellation policy applies to all court rentals, open play sessions, and classes:

12+ hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund

3–12 hours’ notice: Eligible for account credit only

Less than 3 hours’ notice: Booking fee will be forfeited
FREE INTRO CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
This is a free class offered to the community. However, due to high demand and limited space, no-shows will be charged a $35 fee. You may cancel through the app or online up to 12 hours prior to the class start time without penalty.
MINIMUM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Open Play sessions require a minimum of 6 registered players to run. If fewer than 6 players are registered, the session will automatically cancel 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Registered players will be notified via Court Reserve and issued a refund.
DUPR EVENTS, TOURNAMENTS, SPECIAL EVENTS
Certain events, including DUPR events, round robins, leagues, and tournaments, rely on a fixed number of participants to run properly. Because of this, these events have a different cancellation policy than our regular programming. Players must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable. This policy helps us maintain full groups and prevents last-minute withdrawals from negatively impacting the experience for other players.
EMERGENCIES
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or genuine emergencies, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Smash Dink management. Smash Dink also reserves the right to update, revise, or remove any portion of these policies at any time as needed.
